For most projects under $5,000 or for homeowners who prefer to pay as they go, we accept:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Credit or Debit Card (coming soon)

Payment is typically split:

  • 50% due at project start

  • 50% due upon completion

Equity-Backed Payment Plan

Our Equity—Backed Payment Plan lets you move forward with high-impact home updates without paying the full cost upfront. It’s designed for homeowners preparing to list their home within the next 30-90 days - giving you the freedom to make your home market-ready now and pay later.

HOW IT WORKS

If your approved project totals $5,000 or more, you may qualify to:

  • Pay just 20% upfront to start the work

  • Defer the remaining 80% until your home closes

  • Pay the balance at closing, directly from the proceeds of your home sale

No interest, No hidden fees. No outside lenders. Just smart, seller-friendly remodeling.

What if you decide not to sell?

This plan is built for sellers actively preparing to list. But if your plans shift and you choose not to move forward with the sale after the work is completed, you’ll still be responsible for the balance.

Your options:

  1. Pay the remaining balance in full within 30 days, or

  2. Set up a 12-month, interest-free payment plan

    • No interest

    • Equal monthly payments

    • Simple agreement, no credit check
